This free event organised by The Rugby Area Partnership Team aims to offer advice and information to the people of Rugby. There will be over thirty stands packed with information and ideas about your health and wellbeing, whether it’s giving up smoking, finding out more about local health services or discovering some relaxation techniques it’ll be there. Guideposts will have a stand staffed by people who understand dementia and its impact on the family. We’ll offer advice and ideas and a listening ear too.
There will be refreshements available and activities to get involved with. Parking available close by and wheelchair access.
